  20. Why not say French? Despite there are certainly french citizens which are 
  21. more or less perfectly by talking foreign languages, the vast majority REFUSES 
  22. to learn other languages than French. Take tennis tournaments as an example.
  23. A few years ago they decided NOT to repeat the scores in English. Why?
  24. Everyone else is doing it.
